Taken in Indianapolis in, what I believe, was the State Archives Building.
Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
These are hanging from the ceiling of a two story building. If I had to guess, I'd say that each watch is five feet wide...I'm probably wrong about that. Interesting factoid, each watch's time represents an important moment in Indiana history.
