Foody Friday - Dill Potato Wedges

I found another use for all of my dill seed!

Dill Potato Wedges

4-5 potatoes, cut in wedges
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1-2 T. olive oil
2 T. grated Parmesan cheese
1-2 t. dill seed

Toss potatoes in bowl of olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread evenly on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, about 30 minutes. Toss in bowl with cheese and dill seed. Serve warm.
